1. Visa application form.
2. Two 2-inch color photographs taken within the past 6 months.
3. Original passport and photocopy.
4. Resident visa or visitor visa for the purpose of studying Chinese.
5. Enrollment certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education (must prove that the applicant has studied for at least 4 months and has completed registration for the following consecutive 3-month period, with at least 15 class hours per week).
6. Certificate of class attendance records. Absence hours (including leave) must not exceed one-fourth of the total class hours.
7. Original and photocopy of a valid health examination certificate (issued within the past 3 months). The certificate must be issued by a domestic hospital designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, or a foreign hospital verified by an overseas representative office. The examination items must meet the requirements of the health examination form for residence or settlement.
8. Original and photocopy of financial statement.
9. Proof of current residence (rental contract photocopy required for tenants; those living with or borrowing accommodation from others must provide the homeowner's ID photocopy or property ownership certificate, along with a homeowner consent statement).
10. Other documents required depending on individual circumstances.
